Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

Cancel from Manage subscription in the Thirdraft extension or web app, or email support@thirdraft.com and we'll cancel it for you.
Canceling stops future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
Your samples stay in your account after you cancel. If you have more than the free plan allows, you keep all of them, but you can't add more until you're under the limit.
Changed your mind before the period ends? Resume from the same Manage subscription screen and nothing changes.

Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months and for time you didn't use. The free plan is there so you can try Thirdraft before you pay.
If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same month or after you'd canceled, email us and we'll refund the extra charge.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
